Hollywood movie KandaharActing Gerard Butler And Ali FazalIt will hit theaters in India on May 26.
This will be Fazl’s first international release since 2023. Last year Death on the Nile.
Director Rick Roman Waugh, known for helming films. Fallen Angel, Fallon And GreenlandThe film is based on a screenplay developed by Wow with former military intelligence officer Mitchell LaFortune.
The story is inspired by Mitchell’s experiences at the Defense Intelligence Agency in Afghanistan.
Bulter plays Tom Harris, a CIA operative working in the Middle East whose cover is blown after an intelligence leak exposes his covert mission.
Trapped in enemy territory, Harris and his translator must fight their way out of the desert to an extraction point in Kandahar, Afghanistan, while avoiding elite special forces hunting them down.
“I can promise that this action has never been seen before. Rick Roman is breaking his own record. The team has worked really hard. It’s been a pleasure working with Gerard and since It is looking at a worldwide release, we are hoping that people around the world will enjoy it,” Fazal said in a statement.
