Actor singer Farhan Akhtar announced on Tuesday that his band Farhan Live would not be able to perform in Australia due to “unforeseen circumstances”.
Farhan and his band were scheduled to perform in Sydney and Melbourne over the weekend.
“To my fans in Australia, due to unforeseen circumstances our band Farhan Live has had to cancel their Australia tour. We will not be able to travel to Sydney and Melbourne this coming weekend.
The actor posted on Instagram, “Please believe me when I say that we share your disappointment. However, I hope to come to your beautiful country and perform for you in the near future.” With love, Farhan,” the actor posted on Instagram.
Farhan’s last gig was at the Vh1 Supersonic Festival in Pune on Sunday. He performed some of his hit tracks like ‘Tanha Bachpan’, ‘Dard Ya Khushi’ and the popular number ‘Rock On’.
