New Delhi: India has reported 185 new COVID-19 infections, taking the tally to 4.46 crore, while the active caseload rose to 2,229, the Union Ministry of Health Data updated on Monday said.
The figures show that the death toll in Kerala stands at 5,30,770.
According to the Ministry of Health website, the national Covid-19 recovery was recorded at 98.80%.
It said that the number of people who have recovered from the disease has increased to 4,41,53,203, while the death rate has been recorded at 1.19 percent.
According to the ministry’s website, 220.63 crore doses of Covid vaccine have been administered in the country so far under the nationwide Covid-19 vaccination drive.
