Starting this weekend, the city will witness artworks by students and established artists spread across the VR Bangalore campus. Titled ‘A Fine Balance’, the show, curated by Somi Gupta and supported by Yuge Arts Foundation, centers around the relationship between man and nature, with a special emphasis on climate change and sustainability.
Divya S, one of the organizers of the art festival, says that this is the sixth edition of the festival and the first after the lockdown. The preparation for the festival was six months. We wanted to give everyone enough time to prepare their work. Since we were also working with students, we wanted to give them the opportunity to plan their pieces.
